Considering the dynamic nature of life, it’s only natural that we get thrown out of alignment now and again - be it in our physical body, energetically or mentally mixing up priorities.

Mindfulness is a path back to ourselves in those moments we feel out of balance. My work is to share practices to listen deeply, develop insight and enact sustainable changes for health, meaningful connections and vitality.
